How Can You Get Free Paintball Gear?
Getting absolutely free paintball gear is indeed desirable among many paintball players. It would be nice if someone would just hand over a brand spanking new Dye NT to you for free. However, while it would be nice, it isn't very likely.
However, paintball players don't stop believing they can get free gear. Why should they? I'm not here to tell you its impossible, because it is completely possible to get free paintball stuff. At the same time though, I'm going to try to convince you that it isn't as easy as you may have thought it would be.
Most of the time the really good freebies come with strings attached. You usually have to fill out a survey, give them your mailing or email address in order to get a chance at getting free gear. It isn't that bad of a deal considering you don't have to pay for anything, but what stinks is the fact that you may not win anything at all.
Raffles are great, but not always, especially when you don't win, which according to the odds will happen more frequently than you winning. I prefer other methods to getting free gear, mostly because I like things to be a little more certain, and a lot less uncertain. I just don't like leaving things to the luck of the draw.
I don't hate raffles, I just feel there are better ways to get free stuff than by leaving it all to the luck of the draw. Aside from raffles there are a couple other options, most of which are free, and I personally would rather do because at least you will be guaranteed something in the end - that is, if you do it right. You can exchange the points you earn for free paintball gear, which isn't a bad deal at all.

Raffles are great, but they also stink because you don't always win.
